How do I book a viewing on a rental?
Find a property above, click through and use the Book a Viewing button. Or call 0117 907 3577, rentals move fast so don’t wait.
What do I need to apply for a rental property?
We’ll need ID, proof of income (usually 3 payslips or accounts if self-employed), proof of current address, and references, usually one from your employer and one from a previous landlord. We’ll guide you through it.
How much deposit will I need?
Typically five weeks’ rent for unfurnished properties, six weeks for furnished. Held under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
Can I rent with pets?
Some landlords are pet-friendly, some aren’t, it’s stated on the listing. The Renters’ Rights Act has changed the rules around pet requests, and we’ll help you and the landlord work through it.
How long are tenancies?
Usually 12 months as a fixed term, then rolling monthly after that. Longer fixed terms can sometimes be arranged with the landlord.
