Bristol Property Centre is an independent estate and letting agency based on Chandos Road in Redland. We’ve been selling, letting and managing property across Bristol since 2011. Over 450 properties under our management today, with a second office opening in Longwell Green later this year.

How we started, and how we got here

Bristol Property Centre was founded in 2011 by Ashley Day, our managing director. It started as a one-person operation from a dining table, with a simple idea: that estate agency in Bristol could be done better than it was being done by the big chains. Less script-reading, more actually listening. Less being passed around an office, more one person from start to finish.

Fifteen years later, we manage over 450 properties for landlords across Bristol, sell homes for vendors across all BS postcodes, and have grown into a team of 15. We’re still independent, still based in Redland, and still run on the same principle Ashley started the business with.

This year we’re opening a second office in Longwell Green, expanding our reach east of the city. The principle stays the same. Just two offices now, instead of one.
